We want you to love your Mixology pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print and Pack
Once your request is approved, download the prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
